Instant Pot Giveaway T&C's

  1. The organiser of this competition (the Promotion) is Instant Pot Australia and New Zealand (the Promoter).
  2. The Promotion commences on the date specified in the relevant social media post and closes as indicated (Promotion Period). Each giveaway will run for the period specified in the post. No entries will be accepted after the closing time.
  3. Instant Pot takes no responsibility for entries not received for any reason.
  4. The Promotion is not open to staff and family members of Instant Pot or their agencies. The Promotion is for Australia and New Zealand only. Winners must reside in Australia or New Zealand.
  5. The prize is listed in the relevant Instagram, Facebook, or TikTok post. Instant Pot reserves the right to reject any unacceptable naming for any reason.
  6. Instant Pot reserves the right to amend the prizes at any time.
  7. To be eligible to enter the Promotion and win the prize, entrants must complete all required details mentioned in the captions of Instant Pot’s Instagram, Facebook, or TikTok posts.
  8. Entrants agree to their names being used on social media.
  9. The physical prize will be couriered to the winner's residential address.
  10. One comment or entry as specified in the post counts as one entry.
  11. Instant Pot reserves the right to change or substitute items within the prize pack as necessary.
  12. No items can be exchanged for cash.
  13. Some giveaways may be limited to Australia only or New Zealand only. Eligibility for each giveaway is detailed in the relevant post captions.
  14. Winners will be randomly selected and contacted by Instant Pot via Instagram Direct Message, Facebook Messenger, or TikTok messages.
  15. Winners will have 5 days from notification to accept their prize and provide required delivery and email addresses. Failure to do so may result in a random redraw of the prize.
  16. Participants are advised that anti-spam legislation is in force in Australia and New Zealand. They should only share the Promotion with people who would reasonably expect to receive communications from them. Use of any automated tools to enter will render entries invalid.
  17. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of all entries and may disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or submits an entry not in accordance with these terms.
  18. If for any reason the Promotion cannot run as planned due to technical failures, fraud, tampering, or other causes beyond the Promoter’s control, the Promoter may cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the Promotion at its discretion, subject to any written directions from relevant regulatory authorities.
  19. The Promoter may, at its absolute discretion, change these Terms and Conditions, substitute prizes of similar value, or cancel the Promotion at any time without prior notification.
  20. By entering the Promotion, each entrant accepts and agrees to these Terms and Conditions.
  21. The winner agrees to the use of their name and image in any publicity material.
  22. The collection, use, and disclosure of personal information in connection with this Promotion is governed by the Privacy Laws of Australia and New Zealand. Personal information will not be provided to third parties but may be used by Instant Pot Australia and New Zealand to contact entrants regarding the competition.
