Ingredients

  • 130 g tomato sauce
  • 2 Tbsp chipotle paste
  • 60 ml water
  • 85 ml honey
  • 70 ml light soy sauce
  • 2 kg pork ribs

Instructions

  1. Make the marinade by mixing together the tomato sauce, chipotle, water, honey and soy. Toss the ribs in the marinade, then place into the inner pot.
  2. Secure the lid, and select pressure cook. Set the time to 25 minutes, and leave the Instant Pot to do all the work for you.
  3. When the cooking program finishes, perform a quick pressure release and either get ready for the grilling step, or leave the ribs in the Instant Pot on Keep Warm until you are ready to grill.
  4. Using either a gas or coal BBQ or your Air Fryer (on the grill function), cook the ribs until slightly charred and crisp, then serve immediately
